An Economist with a Business Planning and Control post-graduation degree, during his 23-year career João Marcio Souza has served in Finance and Controllership areas in the financial services, audit and consumer goods segments. In the Executive Search area, he has acquired a recognized experience as a leader in financial practices and at the executive or Top Management levels at organizations with greater emphasis on the Industrial segment, having held senior leadership positions for more than 10 years in companies from that sector.
Mechanical Production Engineer with post-graduate’s degree in Automotive and MBA, in addition to extension courses at UCLA in Leadership and at the University of Michigan in Automotive Engineering and Manufacturing. Isis accumulates seven years of engineering experience and an eight-year career in the Executive Search market.

Manzar Feres has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), with a postgraduate degree in Systems and Computing. Previously at Serasa Experian she was responsible for the company's sales channels and commercial strategy, in addition to B2B sales and the Customer Experience areas.
