Talenses Group is a Brazilian investment holding that offers integrated Recruitment and Human Capital solutions for companies in several different nationalities, sizes and sectors, seeking advisory and specialized services, regardless the profile, work level and seniority of the assignment. With offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, our structure allows us to serve organizations across Brazil and Latin America, by offering both Permanent and Staff Loan solutions covering all work levels, thus, roles of early career specialists, middle, senior, top management and C-Level professionals. From a Staff Loan perspective, we offer both temporary and outsourcing recruitment solutions for our clients and their specific projects and time being human capital needs.

    An Economist with a Business Planning and Control post-graduation degree, during his 23-year career João Marcio Souza has served in Finance and Controllership areas in the financial services, audit and consumer goods segments. In the Executive Search area, he has acquired a recognized experience as a leader in financial practices and at the executive or Top Management levels at organizations with greater emphasis on the Industrial segment, having held senior leadership positions for more than 10 years in companies from that sector.

    Managing Partner Talenses Group | CEO Mappit

    Business Administrator, with twenty years of professional experience, in 2004 Rodrigo migrated to the Executive Search segment, leading large teams in multinational recruitment. In 2011, he was invited by the members of the "Alliance for the Empowerment of Women" to join this group and since then has been researching and discussing the female presence in the labor market.

    Business Administrator and postgraduate in Business Strategy, he has twelve years of experience in recruiting executives for middle and senior management. He began his career in the financial sector, with experience in the international field, and then migrated to Executive Search, becoming specialist in the following areas: Finances, Banking, Legal, Taxation and Human Resources.

She is currently the Sales VP of Grupo Globo. Previously at Serasa Experian she was responsible for the company's sales channels and commercial strategy, in addition to B2B sales and the Customer Experience areas. She also worked in other large companies such as IBM and PwC.

    Junia Nogueira de Sá is a Journalist with specialization degree in Institutional Marketing and Business Management (Fundação Dom Cabral and IESE-Harvard), executive career in large companies such as Grupo Abril, Grupo Telefônica and Volkswagen, and also at SECOM - Government of São Paulo. She is currently a strategic communication consultant and board member (Sitawi, Rede Mulher Empreendedora and WWF-Brasil). She is a Brazilian delegate at G20 Women20.

    José Rogério Luiz is an economist, member of the board of directors and CEO of ITU Partners. He was an executive at companies like PwC, Embraer and Citibank. He was CFO at Antarctica / Ambev, executive VP and CFO at TOTVS, where he conducted the IPO and more than 30 acquisitions.

    With over 25 years of professional experience as an HR executive, João has worked for large companies such as Unilever, PepsiCo, Diageo Pátria Investments. Graduated in Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá with specialization from FGV / CEAG.
